Global commerce and distribution platform, Komerz Ltd, has announced a strategic partnership with Cafetex Group, the company behind popular brands Beanies and Coffeeway.
Under this new agreement, it becomes the exclusive distributor for the UK market, marking its official entry into the coffee category.
The partnership is projected to generate £5 million in revenue in the first year, with forecasts exceeding £20 million over the next four. The expansion builds on Komerz’s strategy to integrate high-potential global consumer brands into its AI-powered distribution platform.
